Billing, answered.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are in rupees and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice at the applicable rate. Every invoice is a proper GST invoice.
How does per-seat billing work?
You pay for the users in your workspace. Add or remove users any time; changes are prorated. Annual billing is about 20% cheaper than monthly.
What is the Team bundle?
Twenty-five Growth users for ₹19,999 a month billed yearly, plus ₹599 per extra user — it behaves like flat pricing for most brokerages of 15 to 60 people, and adds team inboxes, branch dashboards and priority support.
Can I see PropZolo before I buy?
Yes. Book a demo and we will walk you through it with your own leads, portals and listings, then help you pick the plan that fits your team.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep full access for 7 days while we retry, then read-only access. Lead capture keeps running for 7 more days so no enquiry is lost, and you can export your data at any time.
Are WhatsApp and SMS included?
WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account; PropZolo shows the estimate before you send. SMS is pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — your first payment is refundable within 14 days if PropZolo isn’t right for you.
Do you help with migration?
Yes. Import from Excel or your old CRM yourself, or let us do it — assisted migration is free on annual plans.
