The MagicBricks backend team pushes each lead to your PropZolo URL as it happens; the lead-email parser catches anything the push misses. Budget, BHK and locality are parsed from the enquiry.

Good to know

MagicBricks calls your push URL as an HTTP GET with the enquiry in the query string, one call per enquiry.
Lead emails from magicbricks.com are read by the MagicBricks parser; an email of an enquiry that was already pushed is recognised by its enquiry id and not stored again.
An emailed enquiry becomes a lead on its own only when the mail is DKIM-authenticated as MagicBricks and the parse is at least 70 % confident; anything else waits in the review queue.
You can limit the push URL to the portal’s IP addresses or CIDR blocks; requests from anywhere else are refused.

How fast do MagicBricks leads reach PropZolo?

Pushed leads arrive as soon as MagicBricks sends them. Each lead is de-duplicated by phone number, matched to your listings and projects, assigned by your rules and acknowledged on WhatsApp within seconds of arriving.

What if MagicBricks stops sending leads?

Every source has a health check. If no MagicBricks lead arrives for the number of hours you set, the owner gets an alert — portal packages expire silently, PropZolo doesn't.

Is a repeat enquiry a new lead?

No. One contact per phone number per company: a repeat enquiry attaches to the open lead, bumps it, re-scores it and notifies its owner. Nothing is merged silently.
