Good to know
- The XML pull runs every 15 minutes by default; you can set anything from 5 to 360 minutes per connection.
- Each pull re-reads the last 30 minutes before its cursor, so an enquiry 99acres records late is still caught; the QueryId stops it being stored twice.
- One pull request covers at most six days; a longer gap is caught up in steps.
- If you use the push and also save your 99acres login, a nightly pull re-checks the last 48 hours for any push 99acres dropped.
- A rejected 99acres login marks the connection broken at once and alerts the owner; other errors do so after a few failures in a row.

How fast do 99acres leads reach PropZolo?

What if 99acres stops sending leads?
Every source has a health check. If no 99acres lead arrives for the number of hours you set, the owner gets an alert — portal packages expire silently, PropZolo doesn't.
Is a repeat enquiry a new lead?
No. One contact per phone number per company: a repeat enquiry attaches to the open lead, bumps it, re-scores it and notifies its owner. Nothing is merged silently.
Which PropZolo plan includes 99acres?
99acres works on every plan.
Which 99acres details does the pull need?
The user name and password of the 99acres account that receives the responses. They are stored encrypted in your workspace vault and used only to call the 99acres response API. If 99acres rejects them, the connection is marked broken straight away and the owner is alerted, so a changed password is noticed the same day.
