Do agents need a separate dialler app?
No. They call from the phone’s own dialler or from PropZolo; the app reads the call log and asks for the outcome afterwards.
Does call tracking work on iPhone?
iOS doesn’t allow apps to read the call log, so the iPhone app uses tap-to-call with a manual outcome sheet. Full automatic tracking is on Android.
Can we record calls?
Where the phone’s built-in recorder saves recordings, PropZolo can sync them to the lead; cloud telephony recordings are copied automatically. Access is by role, with a retention policy.
