Also known as Instant form, lead gen form
Because the form is prefilled, it is fast to submit — which also means some people submit without much thought. Adding one or two qualifying questions (budget range, BHK, when they plan to buy) and a review screen usually improves quality at the cost of volume. Meta’s “higher intent” form type adds that review step.
Speed after the form matters most. Leads should reach the CRM automatically, through the platform’s API or webhook, rather than through a CSV downloaded once a day. Agents who call within minutes reach far more people than those who call the next morning. The form submission is also your enquiry evidence for TRAI’s seven-day window, so keep it with the lead.
Example
Adding one question (illustrative)
A Gurugram CP’s Meta form for a ₹2 Cr+ project asks only name and phone, and brings 400 leads a month, many with budgets under ₹80 L (illustrative). Adding “What is your budget?” with three ranges cuts volume to 250, but the share that books a visit rises, and telecallers stop spending time on mismatched leads.
Figures are illustrative, not market rates.
Questions about Lead form
What is a Meta instant form?
It is a lead form that opens inside Facebook or Instagram when someone taps an ad, prefilled with their name, email and phone from their account. They submit without leaving the app. Leads can be downloaded or, better, sent to your CRM automatically.
Why are some lead form numbers wrong or unreachable?
Prefilled forms use the phone number on the person’s account, which may be old, and some people submit by accident. A qualifying question, the higher-intent review step and calling within minutes all help; so does sending only qualified leads back to Meta as conversions.
