We run a contact centre on Ozonetel. What works today?
Your Ozonetel campaigns keep running as they are, but their calls do not reach PropZolo yet because the Ozonetel connector is still planned. Agents who call from a work SIM can use the PropZolo Android app, which logs each call and asks for its outcome straight after.
