Questions
Do I need the owner’s permission to share the new price?
Yes — share only a price the owner has agreed to quote. Confirm the revision in writing (a WhatsApp message is enough) before alerting buyers, because an alert at a price the owner later denies costs you trust on both sides.
Who should get a price-drop alert?
Buyers who visited or shortlisted this specific home, and buyers whose budget was just above the old price. Sending it to everyone in the locality turns a useful alert into broadcast promotion.
Tips
- Target buyers who opened or liked the property in a shortlist.
- Pair it with a call task for your agent.
Marketing templates need the customer’s opt-in.
