Good to know
- Leads arrive by push only; PropZolo does not pull from CommonFloor.
- Map each CommonFloor project id to a PropZolo project once, and matching enquiries get that project and follow its routing rules.
- Several CommonFloor accounts can be connected, each with its own push URL and lead source.
- You can limit the push URL to the portal’s IP addresses or CIDR blocks; requests from anywhere else are refused.

How fast do CommonFloor leads reach PropZolo?
Leads arrive as soon as CommonFloor pushes them. Each lead is de-duplicated by phone number, matched to your listings and projects, assigned by your rules and acknowledged on WhatsApp within seconds of arriving.
What if CommonFloor stops sending leads?
Every source has a health check. If no CommonFloor lead arrives for the number of hours you set, the owner gets an alert — portal packages expire silently, PropZolo doesn't.
Is a repeat enquiry a new lead?
No. One contact per phone number per company: a repeat enquiry attaches to the open lead, bumps it, re-scores it and notifies its owner. Nothing is merged silently.
Which PropZolo plan includes CommonFloor?
CommonFloor works on every plan.
Can CommonFloor enquiries go straight to the right project team?
Yes, when CommonFloor sends a project id. Map each CommonFloor project id to a PropZolo project on the connection; enquiries carrying that id get the project and follow its routing rules. Enquiries without a mapped id keep the project name CommonFloor sent and follow your normal assignment rules.
