How JustDial works with PropZolo
Your JustDial account manager configures a lead push to your PropZolo URL. Each JustDial enquiry becomes a lead with the category and area it came from.

Good to know
- JustDial sends each enquiry as an HTTP GET to your push URL. There is no JustDial pull, so PropZolo receives exactly what JustDial pushes.
- prefix, brancharea, branchpin and parentid arrive too and are ignored; the full request is archived as evidence with anything that looks like a credential removed.
- Each JustDial account is its own connection with its own push URL, so two branches or two packages can feed different lead sources.
- You can limit the push URL to the portal’s IP addresses or CIDR blocks; requests from anywhere else are refused.
- Save your JustDial package end date and lead-routing managers are reminded 7 days before, 1 day before and on the day it ends.

How fast do JustDial leads reach PropZolo?
Leads arrive the moment JustDial pushes them. Each lead is de-duplicated by phone number, matched to your listings and projects, assigned by your rules and acknowledged on WhatsApp within seconds of arriving.
What if JustDial stops sending leads?
Every source has a health check. If no JustDial lead arrives for the number of hours you set, the owner gets an alert — portal packages expire silently, PropZolo doesn't.
Is a repeat enquiry a new lead?
No. One contact per phone number per company: a repeat enquiry attaches to the open lead, bumps it, re-scores it and notifies its owner. Nothing is merged silently.
Which PropZolo plan includes JustDial?
JustDial works on every plan.
What happens to JustDial numbers marked DND?
JustDial flags numbers on the TRAI Do Not Disturb registry with dncmobile or dncphone. PropZolo keeps that flag on the enquiry, and the messaging pipeline still runs its own consent, DND and quiet-hours checks before any SMS or WhatsApp message is sent, so the lead is captured and every rule still applies.
What if JustDial never activates the push?
PropZolo records when you asked. If no test lead has arrived five days later, the member who sent the request is reminded to ask JustDial again, with the pre-written email ready to copy, and the reminder repeats every five days until the first JustDial lead lands.
