How NoBroker works with PropZolo
NoBroker has no public lead API, so lead notification emails are forwarded to your PropZolo inbound address and parsed into leads, with an AI fallback for unusual formats and a review queue for low-confidence fields.

Good to know
- The parser recognises NoBroker interest emails (“A tenant / buyer has shown interest in your property”) sent from nobroker.in or nobroker.com.
- A lead is created on its own only when the email is DKIM-authenticated for NoBroker and the parse is at least 70 % confident; the rest go to the review queue.
- When Gmail or Outlook asks you to confirm the forwarding, PropZolo shows the confirmation to your admin and never clicks the link itself.

How fast do NoBroker leads reach PropZolo?
Leads arrive as soon as the forwarded email does — usually within a minute. Each lead is de-duplicated by phone number, matched to your listings and projects, assigned by your rules and acknowledged on WhatsApp within seconds of arriving.
What if NoBroker stops sending leads?
Every source has a health check. If no NoBroker lead arrives for the number of hours you set, the owner gets an alert — portal packages expire silently, PropZolo doesn't.
Is a repeat enquiry a new lead?
No. One contact per phone number per company: a repeat enquiry attaches to the open lead, bumps it, re-scores it and notifies its owner. Nothing is merged silently.
