Good to know
- Sulekha publishes no field list, so PropZolo starts from a default mapping of the field names above; your own mapping on the source overrides it field by field.
- Fields neither mapping knows are tried against the standard aliases and otherwise kept as free-form answers on the enquiry — nothing is dropped.
- The push may arrive as a query string, form post, JSON or XML; all four are read.
- An enquiry without a Sulekha lead id is de-duplicated by phone and project within a 10-minute window.
- You can limit the push URL to the portal’s IP addresses or CIDR blocks; requests from anywhere else are refused.

How fast do Sulekha leads reach PropZolo?
Leads arrive as soon as Sulekha pushes them. Each lead is de-duplicated by phone number, matched to your listings and projects, assigned by your rules and acknowledged on WhatsApp within seconds of arriving.
What if Sulekha stops sending leads?
Every source has a health check. If no Sulekha lead arrives for the number of hours you set, the owner gets an alert — portal packages expire silently, PropZolo doesn't.
Is a repeat enquiry a new lead?
No. One contact per phone number per company: a repeat enquiry attaches to the open lead, bumps it, re-scores it and notifies its owner. Nothing is merged silently.
Which PropZolo plan includes Sulekha?
Sulekha works on every plan.
Sulekha sends a field PropZolo does not map. What happens?
It is not lost. A field that matches neither the Sulekha default mapping nor your own is tried against PropZolo’s standard field names and otherwise saved as a free-form answer on the enquiry. If it matters, add it to the source’s field mapping once and every later Sulekha lead fills it.
