Square Yards has no public lead API: forward its lead emails to your PropZolo inbound address and they are parsed into leads, or use a partner arrangement where one is available.

Good to know

The Square Yards parser reads “New Lead: Interested in <project>” emails from squareyards.com and squareyards.co.in.
A lead is created on its own only when the email is DKIM-authenticated as Square Yards and the parse is at least 70 % confident.
Unknown senders, unsure parses and emails without a phone or email go to the review queue; with AI switched on they get a suggested lead, which a person still confirms.
Managers get one review notice per source per day, not one per email.

How fast do Square Yards leads reach PropZolo?

Leads arrive when the forwarded email does. Each lead is de-duplicated by phone number, matched to your listings and projects, assigned by your rules and acknowledged on WhatsApp within seconds of arriving.

What if Square Yards stops sending leads?

Every source has a health check. If no Square Yards lead arrives for the number of hours you set, the owner gets an alert — portal packages expire silently, PropZolo doesn't.

Is a repeat enquiry a new lead?

No. One contact per phone number per company: a repeat enquiry attaches to the open lead, bumps it, re-scores it and notifies its owner. Nothing is merged silently.

Which PropZolo plan includes Square Yards?

Square Yards works on every plan.

Do forwarded Square Yards emails still count as genuine?

Usually yes. A Gmail or Outlook forward normally keeps the Square Yards DKIM signature, which PropZolo’s mail receiver checks. If the forward broke it, the forwarding provider’s ARC record is used, but only when the ARC chain itself passes. Emails that fail both checks wait in the review queue instead of becoming leads.
