Makaan has no public lead API: forward its lead emails to your PropZolo inbound address and review them into leads.

Good to know

  • There is no Makaan parser yet, so every Makaan email waits in the review queue and becomes a lead when someone confirms it.
  • With AI switched on, each email gets a suggested lead. Only values that appear in the email survive; anything else is dropped and noted, and the confidence shown drops with it.
  • AI suggestions use your workspace’s AI credits and never create a lead on their own.
  • Once confirmed, the lead goes through the same duplicate check, TRAI enquiry window and assignment as every other source.

Why do Makaan leads need a review?

Makaan has no public lead API and PropZolo has no verified Makaan email format yet, so a lead is never created from a Makaan email without a person checking it. The review queue shows the email next to the suggested fields; once confirmed, the lead is routed like any other.
