How it works
When the buyer arrives, a one-time code is sent to their phone by WhatsApp or SMS. The agent enters it at check-in. Together with the GPS distance from the site and the time, it forms a visit certificate.
Why it settles disputes
The code proves the buyer was there and agreed to share it with that agent; the location and time prove where and when. Linked to the channel partner’s registration, it shows who introduced the buyer within the lock window.
It also makes visit data honest
Visits logged without a verification code or far from the site are easy to spot. Managers get reliable visit counts and conversion rates, and agents get credit for real work.
- Visit → deal conversion by source and agent
- No-show rates and revisits
- Feedback captured per property within hours
Rolling it out
Make verification mandatory where disputes are likely — channel-partner-sourced visits, launches — and optional elsewhere. Tell buyers why the code is sent; most see it as professional.
